Contact angle related to ceramic coatings essentially means how a water droplet sits on the paint suface. The higher the contact angle the more hydrophobic the surface becomes. As an example most waxes have a contact angle of about 70° . Ceramic coatings have a contact angle of around 110°. Top coats such as Gyeon Booster, CarPro Gliss & Gtechniq EXO increase the contact angle even further (115° bto 120°)
