Unfortunately because of high shipping costs free shipping cannot be offered on orders over 40 lbs or on orders to Canadian Territories  (Northern Territories, Yukon and Nunavut)

We have no control over shipping carriers, their operations, or events that affect their delivery schedules. Therefore, we do not guarantee on-time delivery. 

NO LIABILITY FOR CUSTOMER DATA ENTRY ERRORS OR CUSTOMER ABSENCE

We are not responsible for any errors you make in order's contents, delivery address entry or if you are not available to receive the order. If your order gets returned to us due to your data entry error or your absence at the time of delivery, we can re-ship your order at your expense.  

If you choose to cancel your order after an instance of non-delivery we will issue a refund minus the original shipping fee plus any additional charges/penalties Canada Post (or other shipping carrier) applies for returning the package to us plus a 20% restocking fee.​

RETURNS

 

Returns will be accepted up to 30 calendar days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and the packaging cannot be damaged. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

 

SHIPPING

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and we are not responsible for loss or damage of the item(s) in transit to use.
