  • 1. Surface preparation

Make sure the surface is clean and properly decontaminated (thorough wash, clay bar if necessary).

Completely dry the panel before starting the polishing process.

    2. Pad choice

Use a soft or medium foam pad, ideal for the finishing stage.

With a dual action polisher for greater control and a deeper finish.

    3. Product application

Shake the bottle well before use.

Apply 3–4 drops of product onto the pad.

Spread PAICAR 03 over the panel with the machine turned off, lightly dabbing it on.

    4. Work process

Start spreading PAICAR 03 at the lowest speed.

Gradually increase the speed up to 4500 rpm.

Work in areas of approximately 40×60 cm (roughly the size of 6 pads), using cross-hatch passes (horizontal and vertical).

Apply light, consistent pressure, keeping the pad flat on the surface.
    .5. Result inspection

After 3–4 passes, stop the polishing cycle (approximately 2 minutes).

Remove the residue with a clean, soft microfiber towel.

Inspect the panel with an inspection light to verify the removal of holograms and micro-scratches.

    6. Finishing

Once the desired finish is achieved, apply a sealant, wax or coating to protect and…

    enhance the result.

    Pro tips

The polish contains no silicones or fillers, so the visual result is real and not masked.

Also ideal for pre-coating inspections where a perfectly clean surface is crucial, after a panel prep step.

Always work in well-lit, dust-free environments for an impeccable finish.
